AdaptiveRF™ Architecture - Sets New Performance Standard for Cellular Handsets

AdaptiveRF™ silicon architecture differentiates Amalfi Semiconductor's cellular handset power amplifiers from other competing semiconductor solutions. This advanced patented architecture overcomes the efficiency performance barriers traditionally associated with CMOS process technology, enabling for the first time the development of high performance CMOS-based power amplifiers for cellular handsets.
