RF Engineer

Description

Amalfi has opening for an RF Engineer to work with the design and testing teams to design and perform first article verification/qualification of RF devices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work with the design and testing teams to design and perform first article verification/qualification of RF devices.
• Design and layout of various types of RFIC products including RFIC and RF circuit design.
• Develop internal and customer reference boards and review of customer designs using company devices.
• Manage external suppliers and resources as appropriate and document design notes.
• Run test for product verification and characterization and provide customer support on technical issues and product failures and system level feedback for the definition of future products.

Specific Qualifications and Skills Include:

• MS or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering (EE) and 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MMIC RF Power Amplifier Design.
• Proficient with the application and use of EM simulations.
• Ability to design, test and layout RF circuits.
