Vice President of Engineering
Tuan Nguyen has over 20 years experience in designing industry leading semiconductor products for consumer, broadband and PC markets.
Prior to joining Amalfi, Mr. Nguyen was Vice President of Engineering at Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., where he was responsible for developing standard products based on Toshiba's embedded processors. Before working at Toshiba, Mr. Nguyen served as the Vice President of Engineering for ArTile Microsystems, a start-up company within the Toshiba family, developing embedded CPU products for networking and digital consumer markets.
Prior to ArTile, Mr. Nguyen spent over 13 years with Oak Technology. He was one of Oak's first design engineers in the initial stages of the company, and later went into engineering management, and eventually became Oak's Vice President of Engineering for the Integrated Circuit Technology/Operations/Business Development groups. During his 13 years at Oak Technology, Mr. Nguyen helped the company grow to over 500 employees with annual revenues over $240 million.
