Baker has more than 25 years experience in mixed signal semiconductor design and management.

Most recently Baker was the Sr. Director of Engineering and Design Center Manager for RF Micro Devices in Broomfield Colorado. There he reported into R&D and led the development of new transceiver architectures and power management ICs related to 3G efforts. Before that Baker was CEO of Channel Technology, a mixed-signal startup in Boulder Colorado that was acquired by RFMD in 2003.

Prior experience includes VP of Engineering at Cirrus Logic for magnetic read channel and network products, Design Manager at Crystal Semiconductor for CMOS data conversion products and various other design and management positions at Siliconix and Burr Brown.
